Gypsy Schnitzel is a classic dish where the pork schnitzel is breaded before frying and served in a spicy gypsy sauce. For the gypsy sauce, dice mushrooms and onion. Cut red pointed peppers into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon corn germ oil in a saucepan. Sauté mushrooms, onions and Spitz peppers while stirring. Deglaze with red wine. Add broth. Season with Ajvar Paprika Sauce, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Keep warm on low heat. Prepare French fries potatoes as desired in deep fryer or in oven. Season pork cutlets with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Use sufficient wheat flour type 405 and breadcrumbs. To calculate the calories, only the actual quantities used are given. Turn gypsy cutlets in wheat flour Tpye 405 and pat down. Pull through a beaten egg. Turn in breadcrumbs. Heat 2 tablespoons corn oil in a frying pan. Sear gypsy cutlets briefly until well browned. Fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
