Veal escalope in Boursin sauce

Veal cutlet in Boursin sauce tastes very good with fresh baguette. Mix Boursin, mayonnaise, cream, yogurt and mustard. Finely chop the green peppercorns and fold in. Cut leeks into small rolls and add. Season Boursin with Worcester Sauce, a few drops of Tabasco Sauce and Soy Sauce. Season veal cutlets with pepper and salt. Put butter in a frying pan. Fry veal cutlets on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve veal cutlets in Boursin sauce with baguette.
