1 Apple
0,5 cans Maize
60 g Emmental cheese
1 Eggs
150 g Sour cream
0,5 tbsp Tartar sauce
2 tsp Lemon juice

Apple leek salad is a classic among party salads. It tastes very refreshing well chilled and can also be prepared very well in large quantities. Cut the leek into rings and blanch for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water. Pour the leek into a sieve, rinse with cold water, drain and pour into a salad bowl. Quarter a green sour apple, remove the core and peel the apple. Cut the apple into small slices and mix with the leek. Wash the corn, drain and mix the leek salad with the apple. Grate the Emmentaler coarsely and fold the leek salad into the apple. Boil an egg hard, cut into cubes and fold the leek salad into the apple. For the dressing mix sour cream, remoulade and lemon juice and season with ground pepper and salt. Mix the dressing with the apple leek salad and leave to stand in the fridge.
