Seafood Pizza di Mare

Seafood Pizza di Mare

For Pizza di Mare seafood, first thaw frozen seafood. For the Pizza di Mare, pour the flour, 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water and knead into the flour. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread with 1 tablespoon of oil. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Fill tomatoes into a sieve and crush until no more juice runs out. Spread the tomatoes on the dough. Season with thyme, parsley, pepper and salt. Cut the onion and garlic into thin slices and cover the Pizza di Mare with them. Cut the mozzarella and olives into slices and place on top. Bake Pizza di Mare on the middle shelf for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the seafood over the pizza and bake for another 10 minutes.
