Noodles with salmon
Quantity Ingredient
200 g Noodles
400 g Salmon
50 g Lobster paste
3 cans Tomato puree
1 tsp Lemon juice
Pepper & Salt
30 g Butter

Pasta with salmon is served in a lobster tomato sauce. Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice and season with pepper and salt. Cook the noodles. In a saucepan let out 10 g butter. Lightly braise the tomatoes with the purée. Fill the cans of tomato puree with water and dilute the tomato sauce with it. Stir the lobster paste with a little boiling water until smooth, stir into the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Heat 20 g butter in a pan. Fry the salmon on both sides for a short time and let it simmer at a low temperature for a few minutes. Arrange noodles with salmon on the tomato sauce and decorate with fresh herbs.
