Beef meat salad

200 g Beef Hip Steak
10 g Fat
Pepper & Salt
0,125 l Red wine
2 Paprika
1 Onions
1 Tomatoes
Worcester sauce
1 tbsp Oil
Garlic
1 tsp Mustard

Beef meat salad tastes better the longer it pulls. Heat the fat in a frying pan. Sear beef rump steak vigorously on both sides for 1 minute each. Continue to sear beef rump steak on medium for 2 minutes per side. Season with pepper and salt. Remove steak from pan. Deglaze the pan with red wine. Reduce briefly. Pour into a bowl. For the beef salad, cut bell pepper into thin strips. Cut onion into thin slices. Halve tomato and cut into slices. Cut steak into strips. For the marinade of the beef salad, mix red wine sauce with oil, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce and mustard. Season with garlic, pepper and salt. Fold the remaining ingredients into the marinade. Allow the meat salad to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Baguette goes well with beef salad.
