170 g Beef Hip Steak
10 g Fat
Pepper & Salt
0,125 l Red wine
2 Paprika
1 Onions
1 Tomatoes
Worcester sauce
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
200 g Baguette

Beef meat salad tastes the better the longer it draws. Heat the fat in a pan. Beef hip steak from both sides per 1 minute vigorously sear. Continue frying the steak at medium temperature per side for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Put the steak on a board. Deglaze the roast with wine, reduce briefly and pour into a bowl. For the beef meat salad cut peppers into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin slices. Halve the tomato and cut into slices. Cut the steak into strips. For the marinade of beef meat salad gravy with oil, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce, mustard, pressed garlic, pepper and salt mix. Add the remaining ingredients to the marinade and leave to stand. Serve beef salad with fresh baguette.
