Lamb steak, tomatoes and beans
Quantity Ingredient
500 g Lamb Steak
Pepper & Salt
20 g Fat
400 g Green beans
3 tbsp Oil
Cumin Powder
400 g Tomatoes
5 g Sugar
Cayenne Pepper
150 g Baguette
40 g Ajvar Paprika Sauce

For lamb steak, tomatoes and beans first wash and clean green beans. Cover and steam in a little salted water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and add the oil to the beans in the pot. Season with 2 teaspoons cumin, pepper, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper. Blanch the tomatoes, peel off, cut into cubes, add to the beans and steam briefly. Heat the fat in a pan. Rinse lamb steak, dry and sauté briefly over high heat, turn and switch to medium heat. Continue frying the lamb steak for 6 to 8 minutes. Season the lamb steak at the end so that it doesn't get tough. Lamb steak, tomatoes and beans are accompanied by ajvar and baguette.
