1 Onions
0,25 tsp Spice Cloves
1 Bay leaves
0,5 tsp Black pepper grains
100 g Carrots
100 g Leek
50 g Celery
50 g Soups Noodles

Chicken broth can be used in many ways. Put the chicken's innards aside. Rinse the chicken, place in a pot, cover with water and add salt. Rinse off the innards and put them in the pot except for the liver. Peel onion, lard with cloves and place in pot. Add the bay leaf and peppercorns, cover with a lid and bring the chicken stock to the boil. Cook the chicken broth at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. After 30 minutes, remove the spices and add the vegetables. Add some salt to the chicken stock and simmer for another 30 minutes. Rinse chicken liver and add shortly before the end of cooking time. Remove the chicken from the broth, allow to cool slightly and remove the skin. Chicken meat in pieces cut and put back in the broth. Cook soups noodles in an extra pot and add to the chicken broth shortly before serving.
