Noodle Salad & Sausages

Noodle Salad & Sausages is a classic for every party. Spiral noodles are best suited as they absorb the salad sauce well. Cook the noodles and let them cool down. Mix mayonnaise with gherkin water and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Cut the chives into small rolls, chop the onion into fine cubes and add to the sauce. Rinse the vegetable mixture from the tin well and dry in a sieve. Add the vegetable mix to the sauce. Cut the pepper and tomato into large cubes and mix into the pasta salad. Fold the pasta into the sauce. Leave the salad to soak through well. For the sausages, boil plenty of water until it is bubbling. Reduce the temperature and let the sausages stand for about 5 minutes. Add ketchup and mustard to the sausages.
