Meatloaf

This classic meat loaf is easy to make and tastes particularly juicy. Knead the minced meat with finely chopped onions, breadcrumbs, flour, eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic cloves, press through the garlic press and add. Season with lemon juice and thyme. Knead thoroughly. Preheat oven to 225° C. Form minced meat with moistened hands to a longish meatloaf. Put the meatloaf on a lightly oiled baking tray. Bake the meatloaf on the middle shelf for 40 minutes until it gets a tender crust. Leave to rest for a few minutes before cutting. Meatloaf can be served hot or cold.
