This classic meat loaf succeeds simply and tastes particularly juicy. Knead minced meat with finely chopped onions, breadcrumbs, flour, egg and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press and add. Season with lemon juice and thyme. Carefully knead. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Form the minced meat into a long meat loaf with moistened hands. Place the meat loaf in a lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake the meat loaf on the middle shelf for 40 minutes until it gets a tender crust. Meat loaf can be served hot or cold.
