Bifteki meatballs

Bifteki are Greek meatballs filled with sheep cheese. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Drain the cheese. Cut the onion into fine cubes and add to the minced meat. Knead in egg and breadcrumbs flour. Season with salt and pepper. Press the garlic through the garlic press and mix in. Form minced meat into meatballs. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Press the meatballs flat. Put the cheese in the middle. Place the edges of the minced meat over the cheese. Form into Bifteki meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear Bifteki from both sides briefly and vigorously. Switch temperature to medium level. Fry Bifteki for 7 to 8 minutes. Serve Bifteki meatballs with salad on plates. Serve with flat bread and tzatziki as a side dish.
