Yoghurt Sauce

Yoghurt sauce can not only be used as fondue sauce. It also goes very well with grilled meat or salad. Mix yoghurt and cream Fraiche. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and mix into the yoghurt sauce. Cover the yoghurt sauce and let it stand in the fridge until serving.
