4 Hot Dog Rolls
4 Vienna sausages
4 tbsp Tartar sauce
20 g Ketchup
4 tsp Mustard
100 g Cucumber salad
30 g Roast Onions

Hot dog rolls taste best if you bake them before serving. To do this, set the grill to level 3. Put the hot dog rolls on the second rail from the top into the oven and heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Boil water in a saucepan and let the sausages simmer for 2 to 3 minutes at low temperature. Cut up hot dog buns. Spread both halves with Remoulade. Sprinkle with ketchup and mustard. Peel the cucumber, cut into thin slices and place on the lower halves of the hot dog. Place sausages on top and sprinkle with onions. Put the upper half of the rolls on the hot dog.
