Quantity Ingredient
4 Hot Dog Rolls
4 Vienna sausages
4 tbsp Tartar sauce
100 g Cucumber salad
20 g Ketchup
4 tsp Mustard
30 g Roast Onions

For hot dog, first turn oven on broiler to level 3. Heat hot dog buns on second rack from the top for 1 to 2 minutes. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Let wieners steep on low for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut open hot dog buns. Spread remoulade on bottom halves. Peel cucumber. Cut into thin slices. Place on top of tartar sauce. Spread ketchup on top. Place sausages on top. Spread mustard on sausages. Sprinkle with fried onions. Cover hot dog with top half of bun.
