Chicken with cashew nuts in wok
Quantity Ingredient
125 g Rice
200 g Chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp Food starch
1 Onions
2 tbsp Plum wine
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Brown cane sugar
0,25 Chilli pod
2 tbsp Peanut Oil
50 g Cashew kernels
50 g Leek Onions

Cook long grain rice and serve immediately with the dish, or precook and let cool. Then sauté the rice briefly in a wok. Meanwhile cut chicken breast fillets into fine strips and mix with cornflour. Quarter the onion and cut into fine strips. Finely dice the garlic. Stir the plum wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and brown cane sugar into a sauce. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the seeds and dice the pod very finely. Heat peanut oil in a wok. Brown the chicken meat in it briefly. Add onions, garlic and cashew nuts and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the sauce. Add the chilli to the sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Cut the leek onions into fine rings and garnish the chicken with cashew nuts.
