Chicken from the wok

Chicken from the wok is served in a very aromatic sauce with plum wine. Boil Basmati rice. Chicken breast fillet in thin strips cut, season with pepper and salt and mix with food starch. Cut garlic, ginger and onions into fine cubes. Cut the peppers and carrots into fine strips. Leek onions in pieces cut. Cut the broccoli into small florets. For chicken from the wok, heat peanut oil in the wok. Brown the garlic, ginger and onions. Add the chicken and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the vegetables in portions and sauté briefly. Deglaze with plum wine. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with chilli, pepper, salt and brown cane sugar. Sprinkle it with cashew nuts. Serve chicken from the wok with Basmati rice.
