Spices

Spices are summarized here in the broadest sense. On the one hand one finds here the typical spices like pepper and salt, but also liquid seasonings like soy sauce, oyster sauce or Tabasco. Instant broth and instant sauces, which can also be used for seasoning, are also listed here. Sauce binders, crab paste or ready-made funds also belong in the broadest sense to this category. Spice mixtures, mustard, horseradish cream and tomato puree can also be found here. Also ingredients such as capers, which are added to dishes to season them, I have also classified here. Fresh or dried herbs are also used for seasoning, but since there is a large variety of herbs, we have created an extra section for them.
