Herbs

Herbs taste particularly aromatic when fresh. They are only chopped up shortly before preparation and sprinkled over the food or mixed in salad sauces. There are also herbs such as rosemary or sage that can be fried and used with meat, poultry or fish. Some herbs such as bean cabbage are also cooked, as they only develop their full aroma in the process. Dried herbs are not as aromatic, but there are differences in quality there too.
