Cheese

Cheese can be used as cold cuts or to refine recipes for pasta with cheese. Sliced cheeses such as Gouda or Edam are suitable for gratinating casseroles. Fresh cheese, ricotta or mascarpone can also be used for desserts and tarts. Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano are spicy and taste great with pasta. Mozarella is particularly suitable for pizza. Soups and stews can be refined with melted cheese.
