Yufka dough leaves

Yufka dough leaves (Turkish for leaves dough) can be bought in Turkish grocery stores. Yufka dough sheets are shrink-wrapped in foil. The packs contain approx. 20 Yufka dough sheets and lie in the refrigerated shelf. The dough sheets are available in large round forms for laying out casseroles or in triangular form for preparing Sigara Börek. In my recipes I use the triangular dough leaves, which can also be cut for casseroles.
