When I use yoghurt for my recipes, I mean full milk yoghurt with a fat content of 3.5%. As this yoghurt is slightly sour, it tastes slightly more refreshing than low-fat yoghurt and its consistency is slightly firmer. Yoghurt can be used for muesli, desserts and dips or salad sauces. Yoghurt usually forms the basis for cold soups. Yoghurt can also be used for baking bread, cakes or tarts.
