Yellow Paprika

Yellow pepper tastes slightly sweet and is not as bitter as green pepper. This is why yellow peppers are particularly suitable for eating raw or for salads. As it is particularly mild, it is one of the vegetable peppers. Sharper varieties such as pepperoni or chilli, on the other hand, are considered spice peppers. Before using yellow peppers, the stalks, white skins and small white hot seeds must be removed. Yellow peppers should feel firm when bought and be juicy when sliced.
