Wholemeal spaghetti

Wholemeal spaghetti

Whole grain spaghetti are made from 100% durum wheat whole grain flour, which gives them a light to dark brownish colour. They can hardly be distinguished from normal spaghetti in terms of taste. The cooking time is approx. 7-8 minutes, whereby the wholemeal spaghetti becomes lighter again during cooking. They contain more fibre and saturate slightly better.
