Water or drinking water is the most important and best controlled food. You should drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day for your health's sake, as your body loses as much water and you have to replenish this supply. Of course you can also use mineral water for this. At least here in Germany, drinking water is of very high quality and can be drunk directly from the tap. In some other countries you should use water from canisters or bottles for drinking or cooking and baking, which you can buy there in all supermarkets. Water is also needed for the preparation of tea, coffee and lemonade. A lot of water is also needed for cooking, e.g. to cook vegetables, meat, soups and stews.
