Vegetable broth

Vegetable broth is used in many recipes. It can be easily prepared from a bunch of soups of vegetables and can be frozen in portions. Home-cooked vegetable broth is seasoned with fresh herbs such as lovage. If you want to go fast, you can use instant vegetable broth, which is easy to dissolve in hot water. Vegetable broth is used for soups, stews, casseroles and salads.
