Tomatoes pulp

Tomato paste is available in tubes and small tins with 70 g content. In my recipes I use triple concentrated tomato paste, which is diluted with water. You can also dilute tomato paste with wine or broth. If you want to season stews or soups with only a small amount of tomato paste, the resealable tubes are more suitable. Tomato paste is also used to season dips, cocktail sauce or tomato ketchup.
