Sunflower Oil

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil, french huile de tournesol, ital. Olio di girasoli, span. Aceite de girasoles) looks slightly yellowish and has a mild, relatively neutral taste, which makes it suitable for baking cakes. Sunflower oil is inexpensive and can be used for stewing vegetables or gently frying at low temperatures. Sunflower oil can also be used in dressings or for salads.
