Soy Oil

Soy Oil

Soy bean oil, French soy bean oil. Huile de soy, ital. Olio di soia, span. Aceite de soya) is a vegetable oil based dish. Soya oil is extracted from the soya bean. The soy bean is not suitable for cold pressing. This is why soybean oil is produced by extraction and subsequent refining. Soya oil is a very valuable food oil because it contains up to 65% unsaturated fatty acids. It has a light yellow colour and a pleasant, mild and neutral taste. Soya oil is suitable for frying, grilling, braising, baking, salads and raw vegetables.
