Soy bean sprouts

Soy bean sprouts

Soya bean sprouts or soya sprouts are offered preserved in jars and offer an alternative to fresh soya sprouts, which are unfortunately not available everywhere. The pea-sized yellowish seeds have an oval shape and a whitish yellow transparent shoot. Before use, the inlaying water is poured off. You only need to briefly blanch the soy bean sprouts or briefly steam them in a wok with oil to keep them crunchy.
