Sour cream

sour cream

Sour cream is also known as sour cream. The fat content must be at least 20 %. The consistency is firm as a spoon, but can be stirred creamy. You can use sour cream as a base for dips and bread spreads or as a topping for sour cream cakes. If sour cream is used to thicken sauces and soups, it should not be left to boil so that the sour cream does not flocculate.
