Perennial celery is also called bleach celery or sticks celery. In contrast to celeriac tubers, the light green stems are used for celeriac perennials. Celery can be used raw for salad or filled with cheese cream and served as finger food. Steamed perennial celery tastes great as a vegetable garnish or soup insert.
