Saithe Filet

Saithe fillet is already free of bones and skin. It has nothing to do with real salmon despite its name resemblance. Saithe Filet is quite mild in taste and does not smell of fish. Fresh saithe fillet looks slightly rosy, while frozen saithe fillet looks white. Also, the pieces of fresh pollack fillet are usually bigger and thicker and remain juicier even after frying. Saithe fillet can be roasted or stewed and is also very suitable for baking fish due to its firm flesh.
