Red Onions

Red Onions

Red onions are much milder than the spicy spicy brown household onions. Red onions taste slightly sweetish and are not so hot, but nevertheless aromatic. They come from Italy and are very suitable for salads. They also look quite decorative. But if you cook red onions with them, they lose some of their colour.
