Pul Beaver Paprika

Pul Beaver Paprika is a Turkish spice blend that looks very similar to dried chili flakes. Pul beaver paprika, however, consists of dried paprika flakes and gets its spiciness from the dried paprika seeds used. Pul beaver paprika is often used in the Turkish hot sauce for kebab, but also gives all other dishes a hot note.
