Pick lettuce

Pick lettuce

Salad that does not form a closed head is part of the picking salad. Since only the outer, mature leaves are picked, picking lettuce can be harvested several times. The varieties Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bianco or oak leaf lettuce also belong to the picking salad. Often pick lettuce is offered as a mixture of all lettuce varieties in bags packed in the fresh shelf of the vegetable department.
