Pepper from the mill

Using pepper from the mill has the advantage that you cannot spice dishes too spicy by mistake. One slowly feels one's way towards the sharpness. You can use different peppercorns according to your preference, like black or white peppercorns. However, there are also colourful mixtures for peppercorns, which also contain the very hot red peppercorns. Pink pepper, on the other hand, is relatively soft and does not have to be ground. This pepper is quite mild and slightly fruity.
