Penne Noodles

Penne noodles are diagonally cut tubes noodles. They can have a smooth surface and then call themselves Penne Lisce noodles. The photo shows Penne Rigate noodles. These penne noodles have a ribbed surface. In addition, there are also Pennette, which are shorter than the normal Penne noodles.
