Minutes of steaks are cut from the cutlet of pork from which the bone has already been detached. Minutes Steaks are cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. This meat is particularly tender and therefore only needs to be roasted or grilled for a very short time, which is where the name Minuten Steaks comes from. Roasted you can also use it for sandwiches.
