Minced meat is strongly crushed meat, which is turned by the mincer. Minced meat is normally made from half beef and half pork. It is richer in fat than sheer minced beef, which makes it bind better and tastes juicier. Minced meat spoils very quickly and should therefore be transported chilled and prepared on the same day. Minced meat should always be well fried and not eaten raw.
