Mett minced meat

Mett minced meat is raw spiced pork with a higher fat content, such as shoulder roast without tendons and rind. For lean ham mince is mostly used ham roast. The meat is turned through the mincer and seasoned. Since Mett minced meat is eaten raw on rolls or bread, it should be prepared as freshly as possible.
