Mandarins

Tangerines from the can have a drained weight of 175 g. Tangerines are particularly tender and seedless. They are boiled down in sugared fruit juice. The juice can be used to thin quark dishes or cake icing. Tangerines are delicious as a dessert and are very good for topping tarts, baking in cakes or garnishing canapes. Salads can also be refined with mandarins.
