Maize Germ Oil

Corn germ oil (French: Corn germ oil) Huile de germe de maïs, ital. Olio del germe del cereale, span. Aceite del germen del maíz) is a tasteless edible oil made from the germ of corn grain, which is rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids. Corn germ oil can be heated up to 200° and is therefore suitable for frying, braising or baking. It can also be used for marinating meat or preparing salads.
