Lime Leaves

Lime Leaves

Lime leaves are available fresh, dried or mostly frozen in Asia Shops. Like laurel leaves, lime leaves are used to season soups, sauces, marinades or desserts, mainly in Thai cuisine. Dried lime leaves are cooked with and removed before serving. Fresh or deep-frozen lime leaves can also be cut into wafer-thin strips and sprinkled over the food for seasoning.
