Leaves dough

Leaves dough

Leaves of dough are usually obtained deep-frozen. Rectangular plates sheets of dough with 10 x 20 cm length have a weight of 30 grams per piece. Sprinkle defrosted leaves of dough with flour. Always roll out from the centre to the edge in one direction so that it does not warp. Never knead leaves of dough, otherwise it won't rise. It is suitable for hearty snacks, pies, for wrapping meat loafs, quiches, sweet dough bags or as cake base.
