Grain bread rolls

Körner Brötchen is available in different sizes and shapes with different types of grains. The triangular grains of bread rolls I use for my recipes weigh about 90g. Grain rolls are usually baked with sour dough and yeast. Depending on the variety, the dough can consist of a mixture of wheat flour and rye flour. Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are mainly used as topping. Sometimes oat flakes, barley meal or flax seeds are also used.
