Entrecote steak is the French name for a steak made from the between ribs piece. Entrecote steak contains no bone. It has a light to strong marbling of fat. This gives the entrecote steak a very aromatic taste. It remains particularly tender and juicy during grilling or frying. If you want to save calories, you can simply remove the fat after frying or grilling.
