Dried dill

Dried dill

Dried dill is made from the finely ground dill tips of fresh dill. Although it does not taste as aromatic as fresh dill, it is a good alternative out of season. Dried dill is particularly suitable for salad dressings, marinades, salad sauces or dips. It goes particularly well with fish, smoked salmon and cucumber salad.
