Deoiled cocoa

Deoiled cocoa

Cocoa without oil (French) Cacao sans huile, ital. Cacao senza olio, span. Cacao sin aceite) is a very dark, slightly bitter cocoa, which is particularly suitable for baking and sprinkling pralines such as walnut balls. Weakly deoiled cocoa is very aromatic, so that small quantities are used and one receives nevertheless a very "chocolaty" taste. If you want to drink deoiled cocoa with milk, you should dissolve it in warm milk and sweeten it with sugar.
