Couscous Wheat Semolina

Couscous Wheat Semolina

Couscous wheat semolina belongs to the pasta and is produced from hard wheat semolina. Unlike cooking semolina, the round structure of couscous wheat semolina is preserved and the consistency of the dish remains loose. Couscous wheat semolina can be prepared very quickly because it only needs a few minutes to swell in hot water. Couscous wheat semolina can be spiced and served with fish, meat and poultry, or as a salad.
