Colourful pepper

Colourful pepper consists of four types of pepper (white, black, green and pink) whose pepper grains have already been ground or coarsely ground. Often there are still paprika flakes in the pepper mixture. This pepper tastes mainly peppery hot, but unlike normal black pepper it has a light fruity sweetish note. Since the pepper aroma evaporates faster with already crushed pepper, it should be stored in an airtight, dry and dark place. Colourful pepper is particularly suitable for savoury dishes that require a little spice. Especially steaks can be refined with it.
