Celery is also known as tuber celery. One gets celery also in the bunch with soups vegetables. Celery is usually cooked in soups and stews for seasoning, as it has an intense aroma. For a strong roast sauce, celery is roasted in small quantities and braised with it. It can also be steamed or fried as a vegetable. Raw you can grate celery finely and put it in salads. To prevent celery from browning quickly in the air, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice. Celery has a shelf life of up to five months if stored in a cool place.
